On Thursday, Israeli defense officials announced that 30 Katyusha rockets were fired by Hezbollah terrorists from Lebanon into northern Israel.
The action came hours after a leader of the Iran-backed proxy group was reported to have been killed by an IDF airstrike.
Although the bombardment started a brush fire in Israel’s Hula Valley, no casualties were reported in the incident.
Later in the day, five more projectiles were said to have targeted Beit Hillel, with no reports of injuries.
The area has seen almost daily attacks by Hezbollah since the start of the October war in Gaza, resulting in the deaths of 14 soldiers and 10 civilians.
