1. Education

Following the COVID-19 pandemic and online schooling, parents saw firsthand what public school teachers were teaching their kids ranging from woke identity politics curriculum to LGTBQ sexual studies. With the lockdowns over and in-person instruction back, many parents have taken their kids out of public schools and are homeschooling or placing them in private schools that do not teach far-left progressive woke ideology. As a result, enrollment in public education K-12 and public colleges has declined dramatically over the past few months, with parents and their children opting for private religious colleges instead. Throughout the U.S., in both blue and red states, parents have attended different school board meetings, bringing to light books and curricula that contains sexually explicit images and woke ideology that divides young children based on race and economic class. In response to such actions, the Biden administration and their progressive allies have condemned parents for their resistance against such material, labeling them as "white supremacists'' and "racists."

2. Entertainment

As Hollywood continues to create more woke subject films and TV shows often indoctrinating young children, parents have begun canceling subscriptions to various online streaming services and are instead supporting alternative content. In the past few months, kids-based entertainment companies like Disney have lost millions of dollars in movies and streaming subscriptions following its opposition to Florida laws protecting children from LGTBQ sexuality studies in public schools. As a result of such created content, many entertainment companies have had to fire creators and cancel shows following abysmal viewership, ratings, and cash flow. In response to the woke-based entertainment, conservative companies have seen an opportunity and have launched entertainment content that allows parents and families to enjoy movies and tv shows that align with their values. Christian and other religious groups have also engaged in similar efforts, opening up crowdfunding to families who want content that aligns with their values.

3. Social Media

As social media companies like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok continue to push for pro-LGBTQ content and progressive woke ideology, many parents have raised concerns about such content, banning their kids from owning such apps and raising concerns with American lawmakers in state and federal offices. Following the COVID-19 pandemic, many children were on social media websites, resulting in mental and physical issues and left-wing woke indoctrination from TikTok influencers and social-justice groups. In Washington DC, parent rights’ organizations have rallied behind Republican lawmakers and their calls for a ban on the social media app TikTok, which has allowed sexual content on the website that has impacted children's mental health. Parents' rights groups have also called on Congress to investigate social media websites like Facebook and Instagram for spreading pro-woke ideology on their children's feeds, calling on them to be held accountable. With reports surfaces about how social media is affecting the physical and mental state of many young Americans, parents throughout the country are not providing their young teens with phones.

4. Business

As corporations throughout America endorse left-wing woke workforce rules and progressive business practices, families and consumers have switched to alternate businesses to provide them with goods and services without politics. Following the 2020 riots by the Black Lives Matter (BLM) organization, various corporations transformed into political entities, hiring left-wing activists in their human resource offices to indoctrinate workers and how they interact with consumers. As companies like M&M's Candy, Coke-a-Cola, and others sound off on Republican laws aimed at protecting children from woke ideology in public schools, parents have opted to buy goods from small businesses that don't push a political agenda, resulting in a loss of sales for these corporations. In Congress, conservative politicians have called for the end to diversity, equity, and inclusion work practices, calling CEOs to explain their business practices. Following the creation of the Parental Rights in Education act in Florida and outrage from Disney, the Florida legislature responded by stripping Disney's special business status, arguing that companies that favor woke sexual ideology should not receive any protections or benefits from the state government.

5. Health

Following the push by the medical industry to embed woke ideology in pharmacies, doctors, and other healthcare fields, many American families have opted to turn to doctors and health organizations that follow actual scientific research that does not push for gender transitioning for young minors. Throughout the U.S., parents are voicing support for politicians and laws that protect their children from public school teachers advertising such harmful surgeries. After the overturning of Roe v Wade and the increasing efforts by medical calls from doctors and health groups to preserve abortion, many families have engaged in supporting pro-life pregnancy centers and donating to groups that are fighting back against pro-abortion campaigns. While officials from the Biden White House and woke progressive allies have condemned parents for raising awareness of gender transitions and the push to change the sexual identity of young children, many moms and dads continue to confront teachers and medical experts in favor of such practices, calling for their resignation. In states like Florida, Texas, and Tennessee, families have supported laws that protect young children from attending drag-queen events in public schools and private spaces like bars, creating consequences such as arrests and legal fines for sexual activities.
