Jewish advocacy group StopAntisemitism took to social media on Tuesday to condemn Walmart for offering clothing items featuring depictions of Yahya Sinwar, the former leader of Hamas.

“Walmart, are you aware you're selling apparel celebrating terrorism and violence against Jews?” the civil rights organization wrote on X, accompanied by images of the controversial shirts. “This is outrageous—remove them immediately.”

Sinwar was killed in October during clashes with IDF ground forces in Gaza, having gone into hiding the previous year after masterminding the horrific 2023 massacre in southern Israel.

The offensive merchandise, reportedly from a third-party vendor, appears to have been removed after the outcry. Nevertheless, StopAntisemitism noted that similar products on Walmart's website displayed the image of recently eliminated Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah.
