The International Atomic Energy Agency announced on Monday that its inspectors have found the Islamic Republic’s stockpile of enriched uranium has increased by 17 percent in the last three months.

The findings suggest Tehran is continuing its efforts to create enough resources to produce nuclear weapons.

The summary was the U.N. organization’s first notice issued on the secretive nuclear program since last week’s death of the regime’s president, Ebrahim Raisi.

Earlier this month, a senior advisor to Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei told a state-controlled media service that there is consideration for changing the regime’s nuclear policy to one of weaponizing their fissile materials.

The latest IAEA quarterly update estimates the terrorist-supporting government could produce several nuclear devices in as little as one month.
