The United States military announced it had struck multiple locations on Monday and Tuesday, targeting infrastructure belonging to Houthi rebels in Yemen.

U.S. Navy vessels and aircraft were reported to have attacked a Houthi command and control center and a weapons production and storage facility.

The press release further mentioned that U.S. Navy and Air Force units successfully neutralized a coastal radar station, seven cruise missiles, and several unmanned aerial vehicles.

Since the October 2023 conflict in Gaza, the Houthis have fired at least 200 projectiles and 170 drones at Israel while also engaging in repeated assaults on the region's commercial shipping. Spokespersons for the Islamic Republic-backed militia have said their efforts are acts of solidarity with Hamas terrorists.
